Spencer’s background spans safety-critical operations, telecommunications, electrical contracting, critical infrastructure and multi-trade coordination. Working in environments where accuracy, accountability and calm decision-making are essential. He has shaped his practical approach to identifying risk, strengthening systems and improving operational consistency.

He brings extensive experience in workforce coordination, operational discipline and recognising structural weaknesses before they develop into larger problems.

Julie brings more than three decades of experience across residential care, supported living, hospitality, logistics and other people-led, compliance-focused environments. Her background has developed a strong understanding of workforce behaviour, retention, onboarding, organisational culture and the systems required to support consistent performance.

She brings experience in workforce strategy, process design, leadership support and rebuilding operational structures from within.

Together, Spencer and Julie recognised that many organisations do not struggle because of a lack of ambition. They struggle because instability within their workforce, leadership and operational systems prevents them from performing consistently.
